our website. We hope this area will become one of the most
used and informative sections of our website, keeping everyone
in the locality informed as to what's going on.
We
have included links on some of the events and activities
(where available) So remember, if you've got an event of
activity happening in our area and it's not listed on this
page, then contact us and let us
know. We'll be more than happy to promote any event in

| Bargoed Big
Bed, '07. |
The date has yet to be
confirmed but it is usually held on the second week-end
in August i.e., Saturday, 11th August, 2007.
A real fun day for the
family and not to be missed.

| Annual OAP New
Years Concert |
The Concert proved
very successful and received over 115 guests.
The Mayor of Caerphilly County Borough
Council, Councillor Elizabeth Aldworth, and the Leader
of Council,
Councillor Harry Andrews, also attended as the guests of
the Town Council.
The entertainment was provided by the
Bargoed Male Voice Choir, Dave Curtis and Wayne Jones.
Arrangements are in hand for the 2008
concert.

The Town Council has
budgeted, in this financial year, up to £4,000 towards
the next event in Bargoed.
The Town Council is
supporting the regeneration of the Town and its
community spirit.
When details are
available they will be posted on the web site. |
